I'm doing a Q&A with a top Ashtanga Physio! Posted: 15 Jul 2020 06:34 PM PDT Hi All I'm creating a new episode of the Escaping Samsara podcast with Oliver Crossley who is an Ashtangi, physiotherpist and pain scientist. We're after questions to ask him. So please post your questions here and we'll answer them! Thanks :-) [link] [comments]
Practice Ayurveda along with Ashtanga Posted: 15 Jul 2020 07:18 PM PDT Hi guys, do you practice Ayurveda along with your ashtanga practice? Such as following the recommended morning routine, diet and etc based on your Dosha? Do you see any noticeable changes? Thank you! [link] [comments]
Endurance /Exhausted after the Maris Posted: 15 Jul 2020 07:14 PM PDT I've been practicing for about 7 months and have completed the primary series, working on back drops. I notice that every time I practice mari postures simply DRAIN me! Idk why, and while they are not easy, I don't feel as though they are terribly hard, just tiring! Wondering if anyone else has issue or maybe it is just an endurance problem [link] [comments]
Things you would like to know as an ashtanga beginner Posted: 16 Jul 2020 01:10 AM PDT I'm sharing my practice with some friends and I was thinking... what are the things you would have liked to know at the very beginning of your practice? Maybe some things/advices that would have helped you to understand better the whole system? Thanks a lot :) [link] [comments]
