    Flexibility: Just looking for some feedback. My main goal is a solid squared off split, but Ive struggled with the ‘squaring’ part a lot. I took this today (with measuring tape against the wall) in hopes to post a positive comparison one day.

    tips on training splits without injuring myself?

    i've been training my splits since 2 years ago. over time, i managed to get my front splits on both legs (though i'm still having a few issues with my right one), and i'm still in the pricess of training my middle split. however, i can't do one middle split exercise without it hurting so much and straining my inner thigh areas. i'm really keen on getting them though, so how do i train properly?

    Now vs. three years ago - pleased with progress but still need to get that front leg down! Any tips? (I am almost flat in my front splits)

    Are your leg workouts ruining your mobility?... Squats and lunges are great, but too much of one movement (in this case hip flexion) can wreak havoc on your hip mobility if you're not training movements like hip extension as well.
