    How long should I do Starting to Stretch?

    I'm currently doing it 4x a week along with the deep squat routine everyday. Is that a good routine to follow for say a month or two? Should I add more to my routine?

    How do I fix my hip internal rotation problem in my front splits?

    I've had my flat front splits for a little while and a two block oversplit on a good day. However, what I have noticed is that my back leg is always a little externally rotated and no matter how hard I try, I can never internally rotate it to get the top of my foot onto the floor. I can never feel truly square as a result. Here is a photo of what I am referring to:

    Even in a lower split and half split, the back leg is always a little bit externally rotated. What would be the best way to address this issue?
