Posted: 27 Mar 2020 01:26 AM PDT Hi everybody. I started to watch ashtanga yoga video on YouTube, specially I like 1 Hour Ashtanga Yoga (intro class) of Fightmaster Yoga. My question is: how can I organize my practice? Do you suggest to do the series everyday or in some day you just work on the asana and movements that you can not do? And if yes, what routine do you suggest? Like 4 sun salutation A and B and then try the difficult poses? How many days? Thank you very much! [link] [comments] |

And also it seems to me like women have better luck in this posture? And yes... I know it's not about the posture and it's about breathing and all the other limbs.
