    Yoga with a shoulder injury

    Posted: 10 Dec 2020 03:08 AM PST

Hello all I am currently recovering from a shoulder dislocation (going well thankfully) and would like to practice yoga again, but am not currently able to down-dog or basically do anything that requires my arm to extend high over my head. Any recommended asanas or videos that could be less involved with the shoulder would be greatly appreciated by me. Thank you
