Best exercise/practices for slouchy shoulder/neck fix.

    Posted: 19 May 2021 01:54 PM PDT

I've noticed since about 16 that I slouch forward. It feels like my neck and shoulders are forward. When I make a conscious effort to stand straight, I can't tell if I'm doing it properly. Sometimes I'm afraid I'm poking my chest out too much and that it looks odd when standing how I assume to be correct. Is this corrective, and how would I get to a point where I can subconsciously do this? Any tips are appreciated.

    Hip flexor

    Posted: 19 May 2021 09:47 AM PDT

While playing football a few days ago (Sunday 16th May), I sustained a groin or hip flexor injury on my left leg. It hurt to walk, run and perform basic movements using the hip. (Prior to this I had also hurt my lower left back as well if that needs any consideration). I have been watching some videos on youtube on what stretches to use. When I go to lunge or stretch the groin area on my left leg the muscles felt very tight and hurt quite a bit, I found that I could fully extend my left leg of a raised surface while lying on my back with my right leg tucked into my chest (and vice versa with no pain). I could tuck my left leg into my chest will standing on my right leg with no pain but when I tucked my right leg into my chest and standing on my left leg my left hip could barely take it and I felt quite a bit of pain. I just want to know what muscle could be injured and any stretches to help my recovery.
