- Hello? Vertical split
- Should I keep my back straight in every exercises?
- Hamstrings are incredibly tight. I’d like to make them more flexible to help with squats and deadlifts. Help?!

| Should I keep my back straight in every exercises? Posted: 17 Mar 2020 11:02 PM PDT For example when sitting and simply trying to reach my toes (with my feet together), if I don't keep my back straight I can grab my feet. But if I try to keep my back straight I can barely pass my knees... am I doing it wrong if my back is curved? Does it matter in all flexibility exercises? [link] [comments] | ||
