- This is my 15 Minute Morning Yoga Full Body Stretch. This class is part of my ‘Yoga For Overall Health’ 7 class series to help you feel and move in the best way. Hope this class can offer a little restoration during these difficult times.
- didn't know i could do this until i saw @andrii_bondarenko :)
- Been stretching my legs for about 2 months now doing a 25 minute leg routine everyday and was wondering why the hell can this thing go down, I’ve been relatively more flexible than average people so I’m not that stiff but this part feels like it’s being held up with s nice metal rod
- I made this for a few of my clients to help them improve shoulder mobility, some of you may find this useful if you are currently learning how to strengthen shoulder internal and external rotation or if your looking for shoulder stretches that strengthen your range of motion. Hope its handy!
- Good stretches to sit in for achieving splits?

Good stretches to sit in for achieving splits? Posted: 19 May 2020 07:01 PM PDT I'm a student and I pretty much sit on my computer doing homework all day. I usually sit on the floor against the couch so my back is supported. I do stretches every morning, but I figured if I'm going to be sitting down a lot I may as well work on my flexibility if possible. Do you guys have any recommendations for stretches that I can do while sitting and working? I've been doing froggy pose which helps for my hip flexors but my hamstrings and quads still need a lot of work [link] [comments]
Posted: 19 May 2020 10:21 AM PDT So I am able to do the splits. I have to a warm up and do some deeper stretches to get rid of the stiffness and do them. Is there gonna be a time where I will be able to just have flexibility already there like when people are just able to drop down and do it easily? Am I just not retaining any flexibility that I think I am or is it normal to have to do the whole shebang to be able to do them comfortably? [link] [comments]
About lose flexibility after reaching to your goal and stop the training Posted: 19 May 2020 05:23 PM PDT If someone does that in one year of training and change back to be a rigid person and he decide to get flexible again, will he need the same one year of the first time or will have less time? like one month, for example. Starting to Stretch but with resistance bands? Posted: 19 May 2020 04:34 AM PDT Is there are whole stretching routine similar to https://i.imgur.com/NtMb2cX.jpg based around resistance bands? I have bands from red to green and trying to find some uses for them. [link] [comments]
Able to touch toes while standing, not able to bend back when I sit and split my legs Posted: 19 May 2020 11:47 AM PDT Hello, while standing I can touch my toes/floor and almost get my chest to my thighs. However, while I sit and split my legs as wide as possible I can't bend forward, my back remains straight and I can't lower my chest to the ground. I'm just wondering what stretch I should be doing to fix this. [link] [comments] |
