- Shoulder Flexibility for Backbend- I know my feet should be pointed more inward, but how can I correct my arms?
- Nice shoulder/upper back stretch
- Before vs. After an hour long flexibility session. I haven’t seen much progress bc I’m pretty inconsistent with stretching but today I felt such a massive difference!
- Constant tight trap on the right side. I just want to know what I can do to stretch this. 2 years of this and im going crazy.
- Cannot overhead squat
- Feeling really enthusiastic about my back bends! More coming soon!
- Right hip inflexibility
- Any ideas on how we could stack another person? This was before COVID
- This is where my discomfort is. What stretch routine do you recommend?

| Posted: 14 Oct 2020 09:05 PM PDT My right hip is tight. Or at least I think it's my right hip. When I try to sit cross legged, my right ankle gets pressure on it from my right knee pushing too high into the air. It doesn't feel like I'm stretching if I push my right knee down to the ground, but it just bounces right back up if I do. What do you think is tight and how to help it since it's been such an old issue and I can do tree pose on my left side so much better than my right side. [link] [comments] | ||

However today i was stretching my hip flexor and got a really sharp pain shooting up from my lower quad/knee area to my hip. it felt as almost i was being stabbed by needles. what am i doing wrong? i'm stretching them by doing a lunge and leaning forward a little. Everything looks like it's for children or not in my area. I kind of wanted to do in person classes because my progress would be a lot faster and I would make sure I'm actually improving.
