Poor overhead mobility issue. I've tried lots of mobility work and stretching but I just can't reach overhead properly.

    Lower back aches

    Posted: 11 Oct 2020 02:26 AM PDT

Hi bendy friends! I've been on a journey for a while with my flexibility, its been about 8 months or so. I'm started to get pretty decent, however, recently while doing wheel pose, teardrop pose, and anything back related that really bends, i've been experiencing an ache in my lower back/lumbar. Has anyone else experienced this? What could be some causes and some solutions?

    Appreciate the help :)

Is there a way to reduce carrying angle of arms ?

    Posted: 10 Oct 2020 12:41 PM PDT

I've had this problem and i didn't even know that it was a thing until recently. I was wondering if there was a way to cure this deformity, i know about the surgical treatments but is there something non surgical that'll help me with it. I don't care about the time frame.

    Thanks

    Alternative(s) to kneeling lunge stretch?

    Posted: 10 Oct 2020 06:55 AM PDT

    Hello :-) I've been giving this a go https://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/comments/92bhaj/we_over_at_rflexibility_created_a_new_fullbody/ ...

It feels great except for one thing- I really don't like so much of my bodyweight going through my knee with the kneeling lunge stretch (regardless of the amount of padding).

Would anyone be able to please point me in the direction of an alternative which takes care of the same areas?

OR, if need be, perhaps there will be multiple ones I have to do in order to stretch out all the areas that the kneeling lunge stretch covers- that's cool :-)

    Thankyou all
