Is there a good breathing technique to do before and after studying?

Hello everyone! I am doing the art of living breathing technique in the morning. After that I work at a call center. Then I study and I am wondering if there is any good breathing technique specifically good to the prior to study. I have to memorise lots of laws.

And to end the study session?

    Thank you!

I just did 3-2-5-10 for 20 minutes. Is that insane? I have been ALL IN with breathing exercises for only about 25 days now. The first 16 minutes was exhilarating. The last 4 were a little bit tiring, but not much.
    I used this tool: https://www.grc.com/breathe.htm
I hope that I get some instructive comments.

I teach mostly online, but some yoga and aerial in-person with masks. I cued a few open-mouth exhales, like I normally do, but then I felt weird. Like maybe even with masks I should be cueing closed mouth breathing? Do any other teachers have thoughts on this?
