    Hi - Can we compile some resources for drills to strengthen various parts. i do understand some people think that the drills are not required but vast majority of teachers recommend them... given how many of us have issues with joints and such and not really 20.

    I have been trying to find some drills for this and have found sporadic ones here and there. So requesting if someone more experienced than me can help.

    Specifically drills for ;

    1) shoulders 2) knee strengthening 3) hamstrings/ thighs 4) ankle mobility 5) hip mobility

    If there is a video or link would be great.
