    Pranayama after or before asanas if meditating at an entirely different time ?

    Hello,

    I would like to incorporate a basic pranayama routine in the morning :

    1. Ujjayi pranayama
    2. Kapalabhati
    3. Bhastrika
    4. Rapid breathing
    5. Bhramari (humming bee)
    6. Alternate nostril breathing

    I'm used to do Wim hof breathing 1st thing in the morning (not even getting off the bed) then do my asanas practice, then a cold shower.
    I read that it's more important to do the pranayama after the asanas and follow with meditation.
    However I'm used to be pumped up by the breathing, waking me up and allowing me to be less dull for my asana practice.
    I meditate at an entirely different time of the day and wonder if pranayama before asana practice would be most helpful in focusing during asana practice, and if this basic routine is suitable for that.
