- Don’t laugh- week one back bend (I don’t have a good place for full body pics)
- Do you want to improve the strenght and flexibility of your shoulders, back and legs? Or do you want to take one step further of your puppy pose? Try to come into that pose and each time push your butt even higher, squeeze your legs and hold still. Almost a full body activation and my fav pose!
