Has anyone used the ‘Stretch From Scratch’ program?

I want to sign up but not sure if it's a scam. I'd love to hear from someone who's used it, or even if you guys just think it's a scam?

Pain in back of the knee during Hamstring stretches

    Posted: 17 Jun 2021 05:04 AM PDT

I'm sorry if this question has already been made, but where should I feel the stretch during hamstring stretches? I feel a pain/burn in the back of my knee and I don't know if it's normal. I'm just starting out and altough my upper body mobility is pretty good, my back chain is as stiff as dry cement. What should I do?

    Upper Back Exercises

    Posted: 16 Jun 2021 10:10 PM PDT

Hello everyone! I went to the chiropractor today and he stated that my upper back was super tight. He said that the muscles were almost as hard as my spine. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for either exercises or a program that can help with this area? I just started Jiu-Jitsu and I'm looking into stretching more often to help with that and prevent injuries.

Which pec minor antagonists do I need to strengthen?

    Posted: 16 Jun 2021 05:22 PM PDT

I've been working on standing up straight for some years now and I'm so close! I'm at a plateau and hope someone might have some insight.

I've learned to recruit my obliques, transverse abdominals,, lats, traps, serratus, etc. Whenever I activate these muscles to roll my shoulders back and pull my left shoulder down, my pec at first releases as it should; however, shortly after it becomes very irritated and tightens in response. I also feel an tightness/ache just under my pec, just left of my xiphoid process - in between my last two ribs. Is this a weak or an overworked core muscle? Given the response, I feel that there's still some muscle in the chain causing my chest to feel "unstable" and creating the need to compensate ...

Any input would be much appreciated!

    Doorway stretch upper back discomfort

    Posted: 16 Jun 2021 11:45 AM PDT

Whenever I stretch my chest in a doorway stretch I get this deep discomfort in the right side of my upper back near the rhomboid and lower trap area. It feels like a hybrid of something wanting to pop into place and pain. The same spot feels really uncomfortable if I try to twist my torso (both ways). What should I try to do?
