- Getting that needle scale! So so close
- Back at it! Going to practice my handstands daily. I want to be able to not only hold it, but also to enter into it without needing the wall. Anyone have tips?
- Do handstands count as flexibility? I'm training my handstand split right now, not there yet but I was really proud & surprised I could hold it for a few seconds :D
- When should I stretch/do mobility work as a person who frequently does strength training?
- Flat Footed Asian Squat
- Yoga to Relax the Body Hip opening yoga class with music - Yin yoga full body stretch - 40 minutes
- 10 Min Full Body Stretch

When should I stretch/do mobility work as a person who frequently does strength training? Posted: 15 Jul 2021 04:42 PM PDT I have a few mobility/flexibility issues (ie lengthen my short/weak/underactive hamstrings,reverse my forward rolled shoulders by stretching my chest from bad posture (paired with strengthening my back), open up my tight hip flexors, and free up some ankle mobility) My question is when should I work on all of these things? I have been told to not stretch muscle groups I worked the day before, and that stretching before exercise is detrimental. This does not leave me any time in my head to do mobility work/stretching. The only time I have been told it is good is after a workout. Any clarification is appreciated. [link] [comments] | ||
Posted: 15 Jul 2021 10:30 PM PDT I've been trying to do an asian squat for athletic performance but I'm stuck with a few issues. Could anyone in this community share how I can improve hip flexion without butt wink in the squat, I can't even get to a quarter squat without getting extreme buttwink then I just get stuck and fall on my ass!
