- I didn't think my big body would bend this way!
- Pike press is getting a lot more controlled, slowly working towards stalder press but can only do it on p bars as lacking flexibility on floor
- One full year of needlescale progress! (recovering from a shoulder injury in the first half)
- Is there any need to purchase programs courses for flexibility/mobility?
- Love working on spine mobility and creative transitions.
- Working on my splits
- My legs die when I do lunges
- Tight glutes
- Anyone try this? Runners lunge.
- What are your favorite front split stretches?

What are your favorite front split stretches? Posted: 13 Jul 2021 06:54 AM PDT I got my splits flat for the first time this January, but I'm looking to make them more comfortable, and maybe get an oversplit. What are your favorite stretches? Mine is alternating between half splits folding over your leg, and a low lunge. I find the constantmovement keeps me from getting bored, and builds a bit of strength. [link] [comments] | ||
