| Is it your mind or your body that gets tired first in an Asana? Posted: 21 Mar 2020 08:25 AM PDT My Teacher David Garrigues addressed this a week or so ago on his Facebook Page. He writes: "There are two types of postures. I want you to learn to make a distinction between them. .
Learn to value the second type and then stay in those poses. Greet your own mind through engaging your body and finding ease in your pose. Is it your mind or body that gets tired first in headstand, forearm balance or handstand? " [link] [comments] |
| Posted: 21 Mar 2020 01:35 PM PDT I want to give many thanks to this community, for a long time I didn't think a comfortable mediation posture would be attainable. Today it is. I give many many thanks to anyone who has offered me any advice on this journey. Now that I can sit comfortably I am much more excited to embark on the journey of meditation. [link] [comments] |
