    How to stretch an imbalanced body

    Hello there, since I am in isolation I have decided to start stretching in order to finally start going to the gym after this pandemic ends. I started with tIhe beginner stretching video which I found here but after 2 weeks I realised that I am really imbalanced. I used to work 4 summers as a waiter, carrying heavy plates in my right hand since I'm left handed and also I study for up to 6 h a day for law college which ruined my posture. I have already started to see improvements but I realised that my dominant left side is " out performing" my right side. When I try to practice the squat I can't really squeeze my right glute and rotate my leg outwards like my left, furthermore when I go deep into the squat I feel tightness in the area where my leg connects to my torso and also another big problem is my right shoulder blade which is not as active or strong as my left one. So basically my question is how do individual stretch and strenghten hips/glutes/ shoulder blade and bring my body in balance so that I don't injure myself. Which youtubers or videos do you guys recommend. Thanks
