Can your hamstrings still become flexible with sciatica?

    Posted: 21 Mar 2020 06:10 PM PDT

I'm already doing all the things people recommend to fix sciatica, but I want to know if it is still possible to gain a front split for example when you have sciatica issues on that leg? Or should you stop stretching the hamstring as this hinders my goal to do a front split. Currently I am stretching it but sometimes it hurts. Or is it absolutely necessary to fix the issue completely first?

    Splits question for guys

    Posted: 21 Mar 2020 03:00 PM PDT

I am just curious about this, for my own knowledge. Any guys there who can do the splits now,

    1. How long did it take
    2. How flexible were you before 1-10(1 being stiff as a board, 10 being Alexey goloborodko:) )

This would mean a lot. I would say my flexibility is a 5.5 out of 10, but I really want to get the splits, and I want to get a rough estimate. Thank you guys, and I hope all of you are staying safe!

    Arms Hurt in Frog Pose

    Posted: 21 Mar 2020 04:34 AM PDT

Hello! Whenever I do the frog pose I can't seem to hold it for long - I can still handle the stretch in my lower body, but after a while my arms start hurting for some reason (I think it feels like fore arm pain, as if I've been planking for a really long time) so I have to exit the pose. All of my other classmates don't seem to be having this problem as they can hold the pose longer than me and don't seem to be getting weary arms :( Is there something wrong with my form? Thank you so much for any advice!
