Ashtanga yoga: Started running and biking |
| Posted: 06 May 2020 03:19 PM PDT Hey all! I recently started running and biking and have extremely tight hamstrings the next day. I find this interferes with my ashtanga practice. Before starting these activities my hamstrings were always warmed up by the 3rd sun salutation A. Now it feels like they're still tight into the seated postures. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm debating giving up running because yoga is my love but the cardio is good for my health. Thoughts ? Advice ? Thanks 💕 [link] [comments] |
| Posted: 06 May 2020 04:24 AM PDT So I had a very little sleep last night , everyday my practice session would be smooth and satisfying. Today I had to go through frustration because I couldn't able to do certain poses and my muscles were stiff. Is it normal during practice ?How can I stop getting frustrated ? [link] [comments] |
