| Posted: 17 Jul 2020 07:17 PM PDT Hi I'm a soccer player with hip flexor issues. I have been doing yoga for a couple years now but it hasnt helped my hip flexibility. My hips do this painful lock up/ cramp up thing and its been like that since I was young. One of the irritating things comes from my ab workouts with single leg raises, i keep one leg down and raise the other leg but I just cant get it high up enough as it should go. Also when I sprint its hard to be explosive for longer periods of time. [link] [comments] | ||

| Posted: 17 Jul 2020 10:46 AM PDT I have a herniated L4-L5 disc that I'm trying to manage pain symptoms for. One of the things that helps me is hamstring stretches. Problem is I can't stretch my right hamstring enough because at a certain point my leg won't bend and I experience pain at the hip without feeling any stretch compared to my left leg. I did the FAI test where you bend knee at 90 degrees and internally rotate the leg and boom, positive result. Anyone have any tips on how to regain mobility in my right leg? [link] [comments] |
