I've been working on squaring my hips since last week, after feeling stuck for about 2 months i decided it was time to try different things and each stretch feels so much better now!

Is this 100% accurate? If it is, can i still stretch my harmstring and improve my form in the same time to decrease the affect?

What are we missing? Wife’s arm had a full elbow replacement 6 months ago, she hasn’t regained straightening, what could she be missing?

So she's been working on getting motion back and had good success bending it, but not straightening. Right after a stretch session she can get to a 160 degree angle but only for 10minutes after or so and then it'll go away. She originally was working with PTs but since COViD that stopped a longtime ago. She stretches everyday, some with weight, some without, and uses a "dynasplint" to stretch it forward, recently,3 weeks ago, she added a big yellow rubber band looking device that straps to a door to strengthen. She has used a heat pad to increase blood flow. Other than that she hasn't been using it much, maybe for basic things. What is she missing? Does she need to strengthen the forearm/hand? We think her hand gets swollen from lack of movement sometimes. Light excercise like a hand grip or stress ball? what exercise could be helpful? She's also only focusing on stretching the nerve side, or outer part of the forearm and hasn't stretched the opposite side at all, does the inner part of the forearm matter for straightening? Thank you in advance 🙏
