    Quads to tight they're unstretchable.

    After years of sitting and neglecting my legs they have become utterly fucked. I have a lot of problem areas which I'm addressing, but my quads are the one thing I can't seem to progress with.

    My quads are SO tight and my hamstrings SO weak. This makes it difficult to stretch my quads and strengthen my hamstrings. Combined with a weak core this has given me an anterior pelvic tilt.

    Strengthening my core is going well but the imbalance in my legs are so great that it's hard to progress.

    Long story short does anyone have any advice for my shitty legs?
