    Didn't wanna train my middle split lately (and pretty much lost it), so I did some pike work and I'm proud of my progress!

    Should i stretch twice a day?

    I used to stretch twice a day, as ordered by my doctor as physical rehab for sciatica.

    My flexibility improved dramatically, sciatica managed, and i've been religiously stretching daily for 2 years now ever since.

    I've reduced my stretching to once a day since the full routine can take more than an hour and i didn't really have the time anymore to do that twice a day.

    Flexibility-wise though, i'm still where i was 6 months ago. I want to improve but i'm not sure if doing repetitive exercises twice daily (outside of rehab) is good for your joints. Any advice on this? and pushing flexibility further?

    I was suffering with neck pain due to work and lack of mobility training, these are a few lifestyle changes and exercises that have made a massive difference to my life.
