- Didn't wanna train my middle split lately (and pretty much lost it), so I did some pike work and I'm proud of my progress!
- Should i stretch twice a day?

| Posted: 22 Sep 2020 08:23 PM PDT I used to stretch twice a day, as ordered by my doctor as physical rehab for sciatica. My flexibility improved dramatically, sciatica managed, and i've been religiously stretching daily for 2 years now ever since. I've reduced my stretching to once a day since the full routine can take more than an hour and i didn't really have the time anymore to do that twice a day. Flexibility-wise though, i'm still where i was 6 months ago. I want to improve but i'm not sure if doing repetitive exercises twice daily (outside of rehab) is good for your joints. Any advice on this? and pushing flexibility further? [link] [comments] | ||
