- The side split progress , So close yet so far . Been working on them on n off for a year now.
- I can’t even sit upright on the floor with my legs outstretched in front of me without bending my knees-how do i fix this?
- First attempts at chest/chin stands! Any suggestions for how to use my upper back flexibility more? I can’t seem to pull into it even though I know I have more bend available there.

| Posted: 21 Sep 2020 01:28 PM PDT So long story short i have suffered from chronic low back spasms/pain for over ten years (currently being treated by my doctor, PT, and a chiro) I have very tight hamstrings which i know i need to work on, same with my hip flexors. If i sit on the ground i literally cannot sit up straight without needing to bend my legs. Where do i start to combat this issue? Any help is appreciated :) [link] [comments] | ||
