    How to do asian squat?

    Hey everyone,

    I am pretty new to stretching and seen as I am completely not flexible, I would love to get into a routine of trying to achieve the asian squat. Does anyone have any tips or routines I could follow to properly practice?

    Feet tingle and burn when trying to touch toes?

    I've been very inflexible my whole life. I don't think i've ever been able to do a standard toe touch, and I'm only really able to reach a little past my knee caps when I do try. It's even uncomfortable for me to sit down on the floor with my legs fully extended and back completely straight. I've been trying to work on my mobility and flexibility lately, and any time I hold a standard toe touch stretch for longer than about 10 seconds, my feet start to tingle and get warmer starting from the center of my feet and then radiating outward. I make sure I do the whole "bend at the hips, not at the back" thing as well. Any ideas why this happens, or suggestions on how to alleviate this uncomfortable sensation?

    hi I'm a guy and everyone is always super surprised that I can do a full middle split but not right or left, I still cannot do either for the life of me and I've been practicing everyday for multiple years and it just won't go down all the way ?? Advice ??
