Ashtanga yoga: Virtual zoom class recommendation |
| Virtual zoom class recommendation Posted: 26 Nov 2020 05:24 PM PST Hi yogis! I've been practicing yoga for the past 3 years and now that my studio is closed, I'm looking for some virtual zoom class options. My studio also does zoom class, but I thought it would be a good chance for me to try something different! I haven't practiced 'ashtanga', but it's something I want to get into now! Now that I can choose any class in the world, I thought I would look into reddit and ask for some recommendations. Should I just watch recorded videos by myself? But I personally prefer to be 'in-class' synchronously. What would be your recommendations for the newbies into ashtanga? (But not a complete newbie into yoga). If you know any good online virtual class to start with, please help! (I'm willing to pay for the subscription!) Thank you 🥰 Edit: I totally forgot about the time differences! I'm in the Mountain time (Alberta, Canada). So if the classes are live and in completely far time zones, it won't work for me :( Maybe I can take morning classes at my night time haha [link] [comments] |
| Posted: 26 Nov 2020 10:23 AM PST I've started working on second series up to kapotasana and have been SUPER irritated. My patience with my coworkers has been low and I just feel really grumpy. Am I busted or is this normal haha [link] [comments] |
