| Posted: 01 Nov 2020 05:39 AM PST Recently i started stretching and it was going well i also do some yoga poses for back like cat cow, bridge pose and baby poses like that, everything was great but suddenly my back started to hurt, not really pain but it feels very tight like a belt is forced around my hips... I also recently started some weightloss exercises like mountain climbers, crunches and i suspect that maybe there is a little chance that i might did the squat wrongly, im not sure i just suspect it like 15% What do u all think?
