Mid-dec 2020 to Today. Learned a lot about my body along the way but this is the biggest progress I’ve had with my splits in 2 years.

Exercises for both strength and mobility

    Posted: 24 Jan 2021 03:21 AM PST

    Hi from Wales.

I'm trying to put together a list of exercises that do both, just as a time saver really!

Lower Body Split squats Sumo squats or deadlifts Cossack squats Single leg squats

Upper body Pull overs Downward dog (kind of)

    Any others?

    Thanks

Having a sharp pain in my left hip in this position when trying to put my knee down, esp. if I move it down fast. Feels like hip needs to pop but it won't, and everything is all knotted and twisted and it hurts pretty bad. If I slowly let it down I can relax into it further but still feels tense.

Can I preform a kneeling quad stretch on my side

    Posted: 23 Jan 2021 09:11 AM PST

I have some problems with knee pain. I'd like to preform this stretch but the placing my weight on my knee like this is painful. Is it fine to do this stretch on my side instead of right side up and are there any good alternatives?

    Toe touching success stories?

    Posted: 23 Jan 2021 07:01 AM PST

I was curious to hear from some of you guys about your toe touching progress. I've always wanted to be able to touch my toes without bending my knees, and have been working on it for a couple months now using resources I found here and online. I have to say, it can be discouraging at times how little progress there seems to be.

Has anyone here been able to successfully accomplish this, or at least make some significant strides?
