    Maximizing Hip Mobility for Kicks/BJJ

    Recently I've been looking for a way to improve my hip mobility for martial arts, both for high kicks and BJJ. I have a fair amount of flexibility (can usually perform splits depending on the day) already so I probably need to focus on being able to actively access the end ranges, at least for kicks.

    I've recently made some great progress just with FRC standing hip CARs, but I was wondering what else is recommended?

    JUST did this express morning Yoga routine, by yogabykathie, i enjoy all her video's, but think this would be great for those who sit all day, to get in a midday recharge. My morning yoga is her back and hip video, which has done wonders for my back. Hope others enjoy this simple one like me.
