    how many times can i stretch intensely with my lifting schedule to gain flexibility for tricking?

    hey, i wanna start tricking soon once im flexible enough. next month i also start my long awaited boxing and muay thai classes in which flexibility is important aswell. i currently follow a push pull legs routine in which i lift 5 times a week (2 groups twice). i was wondering if i could still do intensive stretching everyday on top of this without risking injury? also can i still stretch when im sore after leg day for example?
