Increased frequency of sleep paralysis Posted: 13 Jul 2021 04:10 AM PDT Periods of frequent and profound meditation have often led me to lucid dreaming on an almost daily basis. Recently, I have been lucid dreaming much less, while sleep paralysis has really dominated my nights. I haven't had it for years and it's now becoming a weekly thing. I'm wondering if meditation is somehow behind this, as it definitely has proven to affect my sleep quality and dreams. Anybody else on the same boat/ have any theories? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 13 Jul 2021 03:31 AM PDT I'm pretty new to meditation, but most of the time when I'm meditating and don't get too distracted I see colors while my eyes are closed which isn't that weird to me. Today however I meditated outside for the first time. It was a lot more relaxing than usual because I could hear all the sounds around but when I was finished and opened my eyes and everything was blue, it wasn't fully blue, but as if I was looking through blue glass. I have read about meanings of different colors during meditation but I have never seen anything about the eyes being open. I would appreciate any help or explanations to this. I do guided mindfulness mediation by the way. [link] [comments] |
