Ashtanga yoga: Mysore Zoom Practice? |
| Posted: 16 Mar 2020 09:40 AM PDT Would any of my fellow quarantined Ashtangis be interested in sharing our practice on a Zoom call? I just got off of a group sanskrit chanting session via Zoom and it was so good to share space in practice, even if only virtual. I'm EST, and can host from 7 to 9 AM. What things would we need to consider to do this well? Shared video or just audio? I don't think posting a public link would be a good idea, so how do we decide who has access? Perhaps we can get these calls rolling across all timezones that are affected by the virus. Keeping spirits up and connecting with new yoga friends. ☺️ Edit: I love the support this is getting! It's 8:20 pm EST - I just messaged everyone the link who responded with a yes. I'll check again tomorrow at 6:30 AM EST and send the link to anyone else who wants to join.
