    Tips for developing a home practice during Covid-19 SAH/quarantine?

    Hi guys, I was regularly going to a local studio for mysore four to five mornings a week, plus one led primary class per week. With the Covid-19 crisis, the studio has moved to virtual classes for led, but obviously mysore is no longer being offered. I'm struggling with a home practice. So hard to get out of bed in the morning when I'm not going somewhere, and then when I do practice, I'm easily distracted and it just doesn't feel as deep or juicy. Any tips on getting into it at home? TIA!
