- Weekly Practice Discussion - April 12, 2020
- Hi. When I do Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana A/B. I get extremely crunch in my side body. I feel like my arms are not long enough. Should I strengthen something more or engage in a different way? I’ve been practicing for under a year and typically do a 1/2 primary a couple times a week. Thanks.

| Posted: 12 Apr 2020 08:45 AM PDT Due to various constraints (kids, work), I'm not able to find a full 1-1.5 hours in single day to practice primary series. However, I'm able to find 30-40 minutes at a time, say, twice a day. Is it a good idea to practice sun salutation + standing poses in the morning and do another session in the evening which consists of sun salutation + seated poses?
