    Soulder strength and flexibility

    Hello everyone,

    Any recommandations for shoulder strength and flexibility exercices?
    I am currently working on Kapotasana and it feels like my shoulders are really tight so I can't open my chest and go deep into the back bend (I'm currently working against the wall). I feel that too in Urdhva Dhanurasana... I am already doing the yin stretch with blocs under the chest, 5 minutes in the evening and 10 breaths in the morning before practice.
