Ashtanga yoga: Ashtanga Beginner : how |
| Posted: 20 Jun 2020 05:11 AM PDT Hi people, I am sort of at beginner level(8months of practice doing yoga) in doing yoga and i woukd like to start doing ashtanga yoga. Ashtanga yoga primary series contains lot of poses which i cannot do. searched in the reddit with "getting started with ashtanga yoga" But didnot got any useful answer which helps me. Could the group please help me in breaking down ashtanga primary series into sub sequences series? (Because i know that there has to be some proper sequence in the asanas Or else one might get injuried) By breaking down i mean, is there a way i can get sub sequences , derived from ashtanga yoga primary series(only a few posses per sequences),which will help me progress and make me ready for primary series. I am pretty sure its going to take time to do it properly and i am ready to invest time. [link] [comments] |
