Ashtanga yoga: How do i start? :) |
Posted: 26 May 2020 02:37 PM PDT Hi there!! i hope youre all well :) I have been practicing yoga daily for 2 years and Im just beginning to seriously dive into yogic philosophy and questioning what yoga works best for me on a daily basis. Usually i create my own flow as I go but id like to devote myself to a more structured practice and ashtanga is very intriguing. I printed out a sheet of the asanas in the ashtanga primary series but its a little intimidating! What would you guys recommend for someone starting out with ashtanga? Do you do ashtanga everyday? Should i start slow or is that not necessary since Im very confident in my present yoga practice? Thank you in advance, my apologies if this adds to so many beginner questions on this page!!
