    Stretches for a deeper back arch?

    Hi!

    I wanted to know if anyone has any tips or advice for achieving a deeper back bend, I am very inflexible and super beginner, as of this moment I cant get into a back bend at all, so its hard to find any other stretches I feel most back stretches on youtube are more targeted for reducing pain rather than increasing flexibility.

    So if anyone has any beginner stretches I could start off with and how often I should that'd be amazing!

    Tight hips

    I've had tight hips for all of my life (M18), and I'm unable to sit cross legged. My hips always give me problems in sports when I run for too long or get hit in football practice. Also, when squatting with a barbell I experience a tightness in my hips which causes my lower back pain as well. Any tips for loosening up my hips? I read up on weak hips vs tight and I don't know the difference.

    What are good exercises to ensure squared hips in the front splits?

    (By front splits i mean the splits with one leg in front, one leg in back)

    I haven't seen a ton of exercises for this. The only few I know are lunges and lying on your back and bring one leg to your chest as close as it can go. I do them but my progress is pretty slow compared to middle splits. Any suggestions?

    I constantly mess up my quads in my legs is there any way to fix this?
