I have a hard time getting my lower back straight in deadlifts. What stretches can I do to improve this? What’s prohibiting me from straightening my lower back when I’m in this position?

    Help with splits!

    Posted: 11 Apr 2020 06:19 PM PDT

So I do Alivia D'Andrea's Intense Middle Split Routine every single day 4 times. This is 68 minutes of stretching I do and I am young - so I am a lot more fragile.

I was wondering if I should lower the amount of times I do the routine from 4 to 2 (1 morning, 1 before bed).

Extra challenge for deep squat (third world squat)

Deep squats are comfortable after doing them every day for probably 2 years-- I actually find myself wanting to sit that way to rest-- what's the next step from here?

    Strenght training and stretching

    Posted: 11 Apr 2020 03:48 PM PDT

I've been doing a strenght routine lately, with squat and hinge exercises. Also, I started following /u/Antranik split routine to improve my overall legs flexibility, since I have terribly tight hamstrings, calves and hip flexors. The problem i'm having is that stretching for the splits kinda makes me feel sore afterwards almost as the strenght training, and i'm scared my legs will burn out and get some injury or even some regression in both strenght and flexibility.

How should I plan my training and stretching, or what should I do to avoid killing my legs???
