- [COMP] I was looking for alternatives to deepen my forwardfold stretch. This my friend is a very good way. The flower pot was actually heavier than my weight so it held me firm. If you have trust issues a rigid thing that doesn't move can be of great help. Trees don't move.
- My outdoor set up for when the weather permits! Anyone have a preference on indoor/outdoor practice?

- [Comp] Practicing for the one armed handstand lifting one finger at a time. This might be my most challenging yoga goal. (Eka hasta adho mukha Vrksasana)

Posted: 09 Apr 2020 07:03 PM PDT So my buddy and I agreed that we both need to take better care of our bodies and are going to undertake a 30 day men's yoga challenge while getting through this quarantine. We did our first session today and honestly I didn't feel very fatigued or tired immediately after, despite reading that it is totally normal. However, SEVERAL hours later (about 4), I just got hit with a wave of fatigue like a wall of bricks. Is this also normal? Now even in pushup position, they are hurting. Not sure if I'm needing strength or flexibility right now to improve it but I'll focus on strength for now. | In dandasana (seated pose) what does pulling the meat off the bones mean? Posted: 09 Apr 2020 12:38 PM PDT This sounds very basic but I'm struggling to get comfortable in dandasana or seated pose. I have a smaller upper body but big glutes and thighs which can get in the way. Our new instructor is great and she was telling me to me to 'pull the meat off the bones'. | Need advice about 30 day challenge Posted: 09 Apr 2020 05:37 PM PDT Hi everyone, with the covid-19 lockdown, I decided to do a 30 day yoga challenge on YouTube (which I believe is for beginners). Problem is my body feels sore the following day's challenge as my body is sore. I feel I may not be able to give 100% on days when I feel my body feels stiff and will not be able to get the full benefit of the challenge.
