Ashtanga yoga: trying to start padmasana with left leg |
| trying to start padmasana with left leg Posted: 09 Apr 2020 05:30 AM PDT Hello everyone, I'm here looking for an advice/opinion. I'm starting with full lotus and for sure is more easy to me starting with left leg up (right leg down). I'm know that regular Padmasana is not this way. but starting with right leg up is harder and more painful (i know there no have to be pain, i go easy). i guess this is because 4 years ago i break ligaments from right leg and had an operation. my question is about what you think should I do. if star doing Padmasana with left leg or just keep going to success make it with right leg. slow and slow.
