    Going from full bodybuilding to Ashtanga

    Hi everyone!

    Since the lockdown I have been doing Vinyasa/Ashtanga yoga pretty much everyday and seeing a massive result in my overall mood.

    On top of this I have also been doing my usual 6 days a week gym (at home) workouts which involve working towards hypertrophy.

    I was wondering if anybody here has replaced bodybuilding fully with ashtanga yoga and what phyisical changes they have noticed from doing so.

    I am in quite good shape now and even developed some glutes which was really difficult for me; so I am a bit aware that maybe going for only yoga would make me step back on this.

    Will you recommend combining 6 days of Ashtanga practice with Yin yoga once a week?
