Posted: 04 Jun 2020 08:54 PM PDT So around 3 weeks ago I finally got my rights splits down, which I must admit did hurt a lot while I was in it. The next day my hamstrings were sore and I decided to give a few days off and when I tried to split again I was in so much pain and regressed back basically to square one. I've been doing some gentler stretches to try but it just feels like regressing more, even though the pain is better, it's not 100 percent. It feels like my right hamstring is stubbornly tight or scarred. Any tips or anyone dealt with something similar? I'm honestly super sad about this regression. :( [link] [comments] | ||

I've tried stretching and doing research about it but nothing has changed the past couple days. I also woke up yesterday morning with my right bicep feeling sore knowing i didn't work out. Strenghtening exercises for calf tightness Posted: 04 Jun 2020 06:40 AM PDT My calf muscles are unbeliavably tight, I tried stretching routines, yoga, foam rolling and avoiding all kinds of training that may further tighten them, but I can't make any progress whatsoever. [link] [comments] |
