    I was wondering if anyone has a visual guide they use with images showing what muscle or muscles are being targeted each stretch.

    I'm trying to improve my flexibility but I think, because I'm so tight, I'm not actually getting the stretch in the right places.

    I'm hoping to find something I can print to post so I have a reference when I'm holding each stretch so I know I'm feeling it in the right place to actually improve.
