Have a "stupid" question and are afraid to ask it? (Or don't want to make a whole thread for it?) Well, feel free to ask away in this thread! There's no such thing as a stupid question. This is also a great opportunity for the rest of the community to help each other out.

    Guidelines:

    • As always, read the FAQ to make sure your question isn't answered already.
    • If you're looking for the Motivational Month threads from the past, they are all here in our Wiki.
    • You can also use the search bar to see if an answer to your question exists already.
    • We are not medical professionals. If something hurts and it doesn't go away within a week's rest, see one!

    Enjoy!

My right split progression- May 5th to July 5th. On and off stretching!! I'm hoping to get my splits by September and I think it's doable! They're so much easier to do and I don't lean forward at all

Feeling a lot of tightness on my lower back during pike stretches

    Posted: 05 Jul 2020 02:15 PM PDT

you know, the stretch where u sit on the floor and compress forward, im doing it to go from L sit to V sit

im just feeling a lot of tightness on my lower back, like if it was it that is getting stretched. i also warmed up well, it was a follow along V sit routine from Gabo Saturno.

does this mean im doing something wrong?
