    I’m stuck

    Posted: 05 Jul 2020 02:05 AM PDT

hey guys, I've been stretching my splits for the past two months but recently I've been stuck? It hurts when I stretch even after warm up, I'm not sure what I should do from here. Everytime I push myself lower the next day I'm back to square 1 even though my muscles aren't sore

Best hamstrings isolation reinforcement for tight hamstrings? Stuck with flexibility improvement because my hamstring are too weak

    Posted: 05 Jul 2020 01:56 AM PDT

I started with Romanian deadlift, but I just end up being so limited with this exercise because I can't keep my back flat due to tight hamstrings.

I want to highlight that I stretch every day for 6 months, but now I got too limited in my progress because my hamstrings are too weak

Despite morning and nighttime yoga/stretching muscle pain (by tailbone or gluteus maximus)

    Posted: 04 Jul 2020 10:15 PM PDT

Hello I am reached my wits end and can't seem to find my answer googling and daily stretching w/ yoga isn't solving my problem for once. I am pretty inflexible(i can only touch my shins and my right hip flexor is really tight) but I do, a decent amount of yoga and stretching attempting to fix this.

Lately I find that standing at work causes the muscles on either both of my tailbone to across my butt aches like hell. Everything I've searched indicates this is a problem from sitting but mine is from standing. I don't know how many more days I can take.

Every morning and night I do about a hour of stretching and some light yoga.

I've tried pidgeon, threading the needle, bridges , rolling out with a ball. If anything I feel like I'm making it worse and its even painful to sit down now.

Been flexing for a few days and noticed lower back discomfort/pain.

    Posted: 04 Jul 2020 03:51 PM PDT

    Hello!

So Ive been stretching in the past few days and barely did any strengthening exercises. Interestingly what I've found is thwt my lower back sometimes hurts a little. The thing is that, when my pelvis goes into the APT position, it kinda goes away, but when I try to put it in neutral when walking, pain appears.

Any ideas what this may have to do with and how to resolve this situation? I have no way of visiting anyone and would love to not just increase my flexibility and activity levels, but to also deal with issues like posture and lower back.

    Thanks!!
