    Low back pumps/ tightness.

    I can't even play cornhole without my lower back getting stupidly tight and pumped. Not really pain. I had an mri. Got nothing. But what would you guys guess is tight that needs stretched? I do sit for a 3-4 hours. But am in pretty good shape and active when my back let's me.

    What time should I stretch?

    If I'm working out should I do it at night or after a workout? Or should I do it in the morning before anything else? I either see that it's crucial to stretch before a workout or that it tears the tissue and you should do it after so I'm confused.

    Sore wrists

    I have been warming them up well and doing a lot of backbends. I'm not too sure what to say except that it hurts after I do something such as backbends and handstand attempts. I have been doing this for three weeks and noticed a few days ago
