But what would you guys guess is tight that needs stretched? I do sit for a 3-4 hours. But am in pretty good shape and active when my back let's me. [link] [comments] | ||

I either see that it's crucial to stretch before a workout or that it tears the tissue and you should do it after so I'm confused. [link] [comments] | ||
