Foot pressure tips? Whenever I squat my right foot has the weight evenly distributed, but my left foot always seems to put more pressure on the inside of my foot even if my knee is in line with my toes.

When did you notice improvements starting a routine?

    Posted: 07 Sep 2020 07:00 PM PDT

I've been doing the starting routine in the FAQ for about a month now 2x a week. Not really sure if I'm making any progress. I used to have lower back pain that's basically gone now, not sure if that was because of the stretches. Is there anything I should look for when doing the stretches to track progress?

Also I'm on the heavy side, currently still losing weight. Does stretching get easier when the stomach isn't in the way?

    Back stretches without headaches?

    Posted: 07 Sep 2020 12:42 PM PDT

I'm a person who tries to get better back flexibility for my figure skating, I'm at about "can almost touch my head with my feet in a handstand" level, but each time I try to do handstand, bridge etc I get a small headache. Do anyone know any stretches that doesn't hurt or tips to not get headaches?

    Slow progress. Extremely frustrating

    Posted: 07 Sep 2020 07:27 AM PDT

I know it is common to hit a plateau in stretching but how long do you stay in the plateau. For me, i feel like for 2 months - 2.5 months, ive been making no progress. I stretch every day for 20-30 min and it seems similar from day to day. But i skip a day, then i go back to square one lol . Ive tried loaded stretching, it seems to work better than static stretching . Any other advice ??

Have you guys experienced a long plateau?

Could this be a sign of something else im not doing ? I mostly do static stretching of ankles, hamstrings, calves, hip flexors and quads.

Here is a visual of what i mean by no progress
